We are pleased to announce that the 2nd International Electronic Conference on Remote Sensing (ECRS), chaired by Prof. Ioannis Gitas, from Laboratory of Forest Management and Remote Sensing, School of Forestry and Natural Environment, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece, will be held from 22 March to 5 April in the internet environment. ECRS 2018 is organized and sponsored by the journal Remote Sensing (http://www.mdpi.com/journal/remotesensing) and its publisher MDPI (http://www.mdpi.com/) AG, Switzerland.
ECRS 2018 will solely be an online proceeding which allows the participation from all over the world with no concerns of travel and related expenditures. It offers you the opportunity to upload and present your latest work on the conference platform without having the concern or expenditure of travel — all you need is your computer and access to the Internet. Accepted papers will be published in the ECRS-2 proceedings at no-cost, while full-versions of selected papers will be considered for publication in the Remote Sensing journal
(http://www.mdpi.com/journal/remotesensing) at a discounted fee (20% off the APC). We would like to invite you to “attend” this conference by presenting your latest work. You will be able to present your work in the form of your proceedings paper, optionally you may also contribute a (video) presentation.
**The abstract submission is open right now and will close on 1 December 2017. We look forward to receiving your research papers and welcome you at this second ECRS.
